You ever notice how sometimes life does not whisper anymore?
It starts knocking.
Then it starts shaking the walls.
And then finally, it rips the band-aid right off and says, “Okay love, we are not pretending anymore.”
That is the energy of this week.
The main theme for May 25 through May 31 is truth, empowerment, and soul-aligned freedom.
This is not a week for people-pleasing, shrinking, dimming your light, or trying to keep everyone comfortable at the expense of your own spirit. This is a week for sitting in your own seat, listening to your own wisdom, and choosing the path that feels honest, alive, and deeply aligned.
And yes, that may mean having a hard conversation.
It may mean realizing something has run its course.
It may mean finally saying the thing you have been carrying in your chest.
But this is not about drama for the sake of drama. This is about liberation.
This week leads us into a powerful Sagittarius Full Moon, and the days leading up to it are asking us to look at where we have been living inside old stories, old beliefs, old contracts, and old cages.
The question of the week is simple:
What truth sets you free?
Let’s walk through it.
Monday, May 25
We begin the week with a strong destiny feeling in the air.
The Sun squares the Nodes of Fate, which brings our attention to the bigger path our soul is walking. The Nodes are connected to destiny, karma, purpose, and the direction we are growing into. When the Sun activates them, something inside us may become more aware of what we are being called toward.
This is beautiful visionary energy.
Monday is a good day for pulling cards, journaling, meditating, walking in nature, or simply sitting with the question:
What is my soul pulling me toward now?
You may feel future energy coming through. You may not have the whole plan, but you may feel the direction. Pay attention to what lights you up, what expands you, what makes you feel more alive.
At the same time, Mars squares Pluto.
This adds intensity.
Mars is action, courage, desire, and the part of us that fights for what matters. Pluto is power, transformation, shadow, and deep soul evolution. Together, this can feel like pressure, confrontation, or the need to reclaim your power.
This is not about picking fights.
It is about standing up for yourself.
It is about realizing that your next level may require stronger boundaries, clearer choices, and more honesty than the old version of you was willing to hold.
The medicine for Monday is this:
Sit in your seat.
Come back to your body.
Know what is true before you react.
Let your vision guide you, but let your integrity lead the way.
Tuesday, May 26
Tuesday continues the soul-growth theme, but now the energy goes even deeper.
The Sun connects with Pluto, bringing themes of transformation, empowerment, and emotional honesty. Pluto does not usually care much about our comfort zones. It cares about what is real. It cares about what is ready to evolve. It cares about what can no longer survive in the old form.
This can bring up the parts of us that feel tired from all the transformation.
And if that is you, please hear this clearly:
You do not have to push.
This week is powerful, but it is not asking you to force your way through.
It is asking you to be honest.
To pause.
To listen.
To care for the tender parts of you that are trying to keep up with the bigger soul changes happening underneath the surface.
Mercury is also in the mix with Pluto and Mars this week, which brings communication into the transformation. Mercury rules the mind, words, conversations, and how we process information.
So yes, conversations may matter this week.
Words may matter.
Truth may need a voice.
You may need to say, “This is not working for me anymore.”
Or, “This is what I need.”
Or, “I am choosing something different.”
But here is the deeper practice:
Speak your truth without trying to control the outcome.
That is not always easy.
We want to know how they will respond. We want to manage the reaction. We want to make sure everyone is okay.
But this week asks for something higher.
Tell the truth.
Stand in love.
Then let go.
Let God.
Let Goddess.
Let Spirit.
Let the bigger wisdom carry what your nervous system cannot manage by itself.
Wednesday, May 27
Wednesday carries much of the same truth-telling and empowerment energy, but this may be the day where you really notice how your mind is working.
Mercury continues to carry messages from Mars and Pluto, which means thoughts, words, and conversations may feel charged.
This is a good day to pay attention to what keeps repeating in your mind.
Are you rehearsing a conversation?
Are you imagining someone’s reaction?
Are you assuming the worst?
Are you trying to talk yourself out of what you know is true?
There is a difference between intuition and fear.
There is a difference between truth and a trauma response.
There is a difference between peace and avoidance.
Wednesday asks you to slow down enough to know the difference.
This is a powerful day to write before you speak. Let the words come out somewhere safe first. Put them in a journal. Voice memo yourself. Take a walk and say it out loud to the trees.
Let the truth move through your body before you bring it into the room.
And remember, standing up for yourself does not always look loud.
Sometimes your fight is your beingness.
Sometimes your fight is staying in your integrity.
Sometimes your fight is not collapsing back into the old pattern just because someone else is uncomfortable with your growth.
Thursday, May 28
Thursday brings in a softer but very tender layer.
Venus in Cancer squares Saturn.
Venus is love, connection, beauty, desire, creativity, and the feminine heart. In Cancer, she is emotional, intuitive, protective, and deeply sensitive. Saturn brings structure, responsibility, boundaries, maturity, and the need for stability.
When Venus squares Saturn, we may feel the places where our heart wants safety.
This can bring up vulnerability.
It can bring up relationship themes.
It can bring up the feeling of, “I just need something solid to hold onto.”
You may feel tender today. You may feel more aware of where you do not feel emotionally held. You may feel the ache of wanting safety, consistency, or reassurance.
This is not a bad thing.
This is the feminine asking to be cared for.
The guidance for Thursday is to not shame your vulnerability.
Do not override it.
Do not numb it.
Do not turn it into a storm just because it needs attention.
Let it breathe.
Let it move.
Let it be seen.
Medusa is also conjunct Saturn as Venus squares Saturn, which adds a deeper feminine archetype to the day. Medusa brings the energy of fierce feminine truth, protection, and the parts of us that have been misunderstood, judged, or turned into something dangerous because of our power.
This combination can help us build stronger inner structure around our emotional depth.
The higher expression of Saturn can hold the feminine.
It can say, “You are safe to feel this. You are safe to be powerful. You are safe to tell the truth.”
Thursday is a day for emotional self-care.
Take the bath.
Take the pause.
Let yourself cry if you need to.
Let your body soften.
Your vulnerability is not weakness.
It may be the doorway to your next level of strength.
Friday, May 29
Friday begins to build the energy toward the Sagittarius Full Moon.
The Sun forms a half-square to Jupiter, which can make everything feel a little bigger. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, and with the Full Moon energy rising, emotions, realizations, and truth may start to feel louder.
This is the kind of energy where you may not sleep as deeply, or your mind may feel more active. You may feel restless, inspired, emotional, or ready for something to shift.
Jupiter also brings hope.
It reminds us that transformation is not only heavy.
It can also be an adventure.
It can also be the opening.
It can also be the moment where life says, “There is more available to you than this old story.”
Friday asks you to widen your perspective.
Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?”
Try asking, “How is this happening for me?”
That one shift can change the whole energy.
This does not mean we bypass the hard stuff. It means we allow the hard stuff to have meaning. We allow the pressure to show us where the old container is too small. We allow the discomfort to point us toward the place where our soul wants more room.
The Full Moon is coming, and the truth is rising.
Let it rise.
Saturday, May 30
Saturday is full of pre-Full Moon energy.
We are in the doorway now.
This is a good day to notice what is coming to completion. Full Moons bring culmination, illumination, endings, and release. With this one happening in Sagittarius, the themes are truth, freedom, belief systems, higher wisdom, and the courage to expand beyond the old cage.
Sagittarius does not want to stay small.
Sagittarius does not want the same tiny story.
Sagittarius wants the bigger sky.
This is a beautiful day to ask:
What belief system have I outgrown?
What story did I inherit that no longer belongs to me?
What cage am I still sitting in even though the door is open?
This week has a strong theme of breaking down absorbed conditioning. These are the beliefs we picked up from family, culture, community, relationships, religion, school, or society. Sometimes we do not even realize we are living inside them until something cracks open and we say, “Wait a minute. I do not actually believe this anymore.”
That can feel unsettling.
It can feel like an identity shift.
But it can also be freedom.
Saturday is a beautiful day for release work, honest journaling, movement, prayer, or simply being with the truth that is starting to reveal itself.
Let yourself outgrow what no longer holds your soul.
Sunday, May 31
Sunday brings the Full Moon in Sagittarius.
This is the big energetic culmination of the week.
The Moon in Sagittarius opposes the Sun in Gemini, lighting up the axis of thought, truth, beliefs, communication, perspective, and higher wisdom.
Gemini gathers the information.
Sagittarius asks what it all means.
Gemini notices the patterns.
Sagittarius tells the truth.
This Full Moon can illuminate where our mental patterns, stories, and belief systems have run their course. It may show us where we have been living by someone else’s rules. It may reveal a karmic contract that is complete. It may bring clarity around a relationship, a job, a dream, an identity, or a version of ourselves that we are finally ready to release.
Mercury sextiles Chiron under this Full Moon, bringing healing through words, awareness, and honest communication. Chiron represents the deep wound, but also the wisdom and gifts underneath that wound. This can be a powerful moment for naming something that has hurt, understanding it differently, and reclaiming the wisdom inside of it.
Mercury also connects with Eris and Persephone, adding truth, disruption, and underworld insight to the conversation. Eris is a truth bomber. She does not care about keeping the peace if the peace is built on pretending. Persephone brings the energy of descent and return, the part of us that has gone into the dark and comes back changed.
Uranus and Sedna are still connected with the Sun and opposing the Full Moon, which brings the energy of deep metamorphosis. This is not surface-level change. This is caterpillar-in-the-cocoon change. This is the kind of transformation where the old form dissolves so something entirely new can emerge.
Sedna asks:
What from the old world is still clinging to you?
What are you carrying that you do not even realize is weighing you down?
What part of the old identity, old wound, old story, or old system is ready to be released?
And because Uranus and Sedna are close to squaring the Nodes of Fate, this Full Moon has a destined feeling to it. It is not just emotional. It is directional.
Something may be closing so something truer can open.
This is also a freedom moon.
Freedom to be yourself.
Freedom to speak your truth.
Freedom to stop living inside the box.
Freedom to open your wings.
Freedom to stop calling the cage safety.
This Full Moon asks you to throw something into the truth fire.
A belief.
A pattern.
A relationship dynamic.
A dream that no longer fits.
A fear that has been running the show.
A version of you that kept shrinking to survive.
Let the Sagittarius fire burn through what is false so your spirit can breathe again.
Weekly Closing
This week is powerful, honest, and deeply liberating.
It may not be the softest week, but it can be one of the most freeing.
The invitation is not to force, fight, or push your way through. The invitation is to sit in your seat, listen to your own truth, and let your choices come from the deepest place of integrity you can access.
Take care of your body.
Take care of your heart.
Let your vulnerability be held.
Let your truth have a voice.
Let your old beliefs crack open if they are too small for who you are becoming.
And when the Sagittarius Full Moon rises at the end of the week, ask yourself:
What am I ready to throw into the truth fire?
Because sometimes freedom begins the moment we stop negotiating with the cage.
Much love and peace within,
Connie Miller
